Does FT offer any type of tracking for its players? What tourneys you play in and your results over time ?
OR
Do you have to get software or obtain from another site ?

| Its a joke that you advertise 24/7 support, more like maybe 1 hr a month, if that, I have e-mailed you several times about an issue back on7-25 when you admitted to have technical issues, and still no reimbursement for money lost or any explanation, when I read all the problems players are having getting anyone to respond to them, when it is going to cost fulltilt, it amazes me you keep all the players, and pro sponsors, I am surprised they want to be associated with a company that lacks customer service |

Their customer service and support is, actually, a joke. For example:

It's not even like it's just one of their support staff that is incompetent (assuming they've got more than one guy). So far nearly every reply I've ever received from support has been either useless or just wrong, and each one involved 4-7 days of waiting. |

No one has responded to my question as to why I have no account acces over the software or internet...
Anyone??? Customer service fails to respond. Is there any recourse whatsoever? Or am I just SOL? |

By the way I have never had more than one account and have never cheated or anything that should result in my account having limited access.
Someone please help
It's now a day later and I have still recieved no response from FTP, Or the Gaming commission I complained to. |
