| Nope. The Florida Marlins win the World Series this year. They come out of nowhere for the third time and shock the world. In the locker room party following the final game they announce that they are dismantling the team and trading/not resigning every player. |
Ummm, no. The Marlins can consider themselves lucky if they win more games than the Nationals, let alone win the world series. They are way overachieving so far, and they haven't met the wrath of the Phillies yet.
The Phillies have been without their leadoff MVP this year for the last month, and have been without their other MVP so far as Ryan Howard is struggling. Oh, and they are still tied for 1st place. Rollins will soon be healthy and Howard will soon start hitting. Look for the Phillies to run away with this division around July or August, which will be the longest amount of time it will take for the Marlins to realize they suck and the Mets to realize they are too old and injury prone. If we're afraid of anyone, its the Braves. |

chillbot Jetter has more rings than boston does in the last 100 years.
I know it must be painfull as I am from Tampa and was a bucs fan
in the dark days so i too know the pain of rooting for a loser also. boston
is the 3rd best team in the east behind NY and Tampa.I know it was a dark day in beantown when THE BOSS stepped down and promoted
his son .HANK IS A BASEBALL GUY. cashman is the best at what he does
and those two things spell DOOM. jetter will go hall 1st ballot and AROD
will break Bonds record if it still stands in 5or 6 yrs. Again I feel your pain
but its going to be a long long decade unless you leave and comeover to
the darkside my friend and embrass your inner yankee.
PINSTRIPES FOREVER
