Boston may not have the best rotation, but they certainly have the most flexible rotation. With Wakefield and Papelbon able to go back-and-fourth between the starting five and the bullpen, I think Boston should have no problem putting together a much better rotation than last year.
IMHO, I believe the best rotation in baseball resides in Florida. Dontrelle Willis is simply the man, and with Josh Johnson ( 3.10 ERA, 1.30 WHIP), Sanchez (2.83 ERA, 1.19 WHIP), and Olsen (4.04 ERA, 1,30 WHIP) to back him up, I think this young rotation has a chance to blossom even more if the offense can back them up with a few more runs per game. |

| Quick hijacking this thread! Go start your own Marlin-Shmarlin thread or Blue-Jay-Poo-Jay thread. This is the thread where we praise the Red Sox and discuss how much their total domintation of the AL East is going to dominate. |

Dude, Matsuzaka dropped the puck at the Bruins game. It was sick. |

Florida?
Red Sox have really forked out the money this year, but will they get Clemens before the Yankees do? |

Sighhhh...
This thread is a prime example of how the Red Sox-Yankee rivalry has infested the minds and opinions of most people's views. I for one will not fall for the trap! |

| Probably win it again this year. I wouldn't want to play them. |

I'm praying you're wrong. We're due after 100 years.
Next Year Is Here, imo. |

| I wouldn't want a Red Sox-Cubs world series because Ted Lilly owns the Red Sox, at least he did when he was with Toronto. |

He's not owning anyone or anything at the moment. I'm hoping he turns things around before the World Series. |

| Nope. The Florida Marlins win the World Series this year. They come out of nowhere for the third time and shock the world. In the locker room party following the final game they announce that they are dismantling the team and trading/not resigning every player. |

Well I didn't say he was a great pitcher (though how can you say that after 10 Ks today)...
There were a number of years where the Red Sox beat up on the Blue Jays, everyone beat up on Ted Lilly, but Ted Lilly dominated the Red Sox. Red Sox Nation was happy when he got traded out of our division. |
