It was a battle. He started with 2-1 chip lead. We got back to even. Then I was down to my last 1000, then I had 6-1 chip lead, back to even. We battled it out for a while. Then I took the lead and won. It was a great match. Real class act. |

Thats awesome slick. I know it is kind of cheesy but I get a real kick out of playing against real pro's in the low limits too.
Though when I play the pro's I usually play like I am the unwanted step child in a family where dad is a donkey and mom is a guppie. |

very nice
I played one with him a few days ago - started with A23, capped it. 4th was paint, bet, call. 5th was paint (I think this is right - I"ll look for the HH when I get home). He bets, I fold.
I got busted by some dumbass who capped 3rd with a QUEEN doorcard.
Last time I was in a HU pot with a pro, I was terrified. Play Money Stud, I have 2 pair on the river against Seidel. He checks, I bet, he raises. I take a couple seconds and call. I think he turned over a flush. |

Dang I'm Jealous, he's one of my favs.
So i guess his experiment must be going well if he can afford to play $5 games.
So did you join after him? Or did you join and he just showed up? |

I notice that you don't pop in on me much anymore but I know your'e watching here and there(sneaky bugger).I don't have any funds to stake you with but I certainly do enjoy your company.
Don't be a stranger. |

lol AP.
God, that was like a year ago. heh. I really didn't have much of a clue when it came to Stud, so I stuck with the idiot fest.
It's strange too - I was so scared because I was HU with him. Fast forward to that Razz SnG and I really didn't care.

Does anyone know exactly why Ferguson has such a fascination with playing microlimit razz turnies? Inquiring minds want to know... |

He's using razz to build his BR in his $0 - $10,000 experiment. He also has multiple Razz final tables at the WSOP. |

| I've played multiple pros and busted them, not taking this away from u slick OBV, congrats! I played LO8 with Erik Seidel. I actually chatted with him the whole time, probably for over 1hr 30 mins. I was up and down the whole game, but I came up to heads up with him. I was a 10-1 chip lead HU, and he had no chance because he only had 1 BB. I busted him 1st hand. I talked to him and he gave me his email. I obv never talked to him about anything, but I requested an autograph and he actually sent it to me. I also busted out Andy Bloch out of a private event, and even though I wasnt entitled to anything.. he sent me a huge autographed picture with my name and everything. Beat what Seidel sent, he sent a damn FTP Postcard with his signature. Still cool and he didn't have to do it at all. Congrats again slick, it wasn't nearly a match when I played him HU, so kudos to you man. Coming back from a 2-1 disadvantage vs a poker legend is cool, even though we both only played a $5.50 SNG. |

well if you want to make a huge overlay with very little variance, small stakes razz is the place to do it! |
