I have played loyally at Full Tilt for about a year now, I play anywhere from 2 to 7 hours a day. I played last night for a couple fo hours or so without any problems that I can think of. Then Today I go to log on and It says that my account is suspended. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHY THIS WOULD BE.
So at 12:15 today I wrote support telling them my situation. Also wrote back at 3:30 because i have not heard back yet. Why do they call it 24/7 support if I can't get a response from anyone? Anyway any input is appreciated
Thanx |

With the new large influx of Full Tilt customers you may have to wait 24 hours for a response. Sending additional emails will do you no good. They will let you know what is going on with your account. |

| There is no reason to have to wait that long. Granted i only play at the low limit cash games and tourneys, but I still matter. I've been doing ok as far as qualifying for iron man sio far this monthg because i have time to play , but now this puts me off a whole day. it just sux when I dont even know whats going on. i am actually concerned that someone else requested a cash out check or something. |

They take just as long with your e-mail as everyone elses. Sure you can complain about that fact, but that isn't going to get you anywhere. Also, the account suspension is not normal and I am sure you will figure out that there is a very good reason that they did suspend your account. Feel free to share what happens. |

| i'm not complaining, I'm extremely CONCERENED because i know that I have done nothing wrong on my end to warrant a suspension. If someone else requested a cash out check with my money or something the process should work a little faster don't u think. Come on put yourself in my position. Have done nothing wrong and u wake up and ur acct is suspended! This a very good reason why they SHOULD have a phone number so you could talk to a live person. |

There seem to be a lot of threads like this these days.
Have you ever played your account at a friend's house or anything like that? Full Tilt sometimes seems to pick up on this and suspend you because there is more than one account at a household. |

*gulps* Your not allowed to do this? I play my account from 4 seperate computers - work, my bedroom, my office and my FBs house - there are no other accounts on any of these computers except mine (to my knowledges) - can I get suspened for this? |

I didn't make my post very clear. I meant playing at someone's house who has his own FT account. |

D money what are u talking about? What did I assume?
If the account number was wrong when I requested funds last monday why did the request go through in the first place? I think that the screw up is between Nexum and my bank. Even so why freeze my whole account so that i cant access the site at all. Just freeze my real money stuff. No? Again whole thing seems to be little fault of mine if any and I'm the one getting screwed for it. |

C'mon, how is this FTP fault? They let you play with real cash while your check was bouncing and you are somehow angry with them? I would halt your account if a check bounced too until you sorted it out. Simple... complete. |

TRY AGAIN D MONEY! Check did not bounce the funds are /were always there. What they said was INVALID ACCT NUMBER. So what im saying is this READ CAREFULLY:
1. If the account number was wrong when i requeted the funds last monday then why did it go through? If the acct # was wrong to start with I would like to think that for security purposes wrong acct #= no funds to start with. This tells me that the transaction between Nexum and my bank got screwed up somewhere.
2. My money = I want to know what is going on
This is why im aggrivated that i can talk to no one at FTP.
3.I did not say that this was all FTP's Fault.
4. Thanx for ASSUMING that i bounced a check. re read the earlier post when I said INVALID ACCT. NUMBER. Funds are/were always there SIMPLE .....COMPLETE |
