Well, my life just got interesting .. in an "I'm not too sure what the heck is gonna happen next" kind of way.
I just got a root canal done on a seriously sore molar ... and my dentist gave me some percocet for the pain. After taking the first dose, I read it's an Oxycodone narcotic. GREAAAAAT!
I got about 3 hours of sleep last night (because of the pain) and now, I'm getting high - and the tourney starts in 1.5hours. Dunno how I'm gonna do folks. The $5 on my head may get paid out pretty darn fast!
btw., earlier this a.m., I also asked Joe Beevers if he'd be willing to play. He said 19:00 server time is like, 1 a.m. where he is, so he'll be sleeping. I'll keep looking for other pros, etc. and spreading the word at different tables, to try and get some more peoples.  Good luck all! |

I took that for pain with my sprained ankle a week ago. Nice isn't it? lol..... You'll just be mellow is all....... have fun! |

not very likely guy. only trusted members of the forum get stakes. how do we know you wont take the $10 and go play a cash game. im not saying you would but there is no way to know. |

LOL buns, I hope I can stay conscious long enough to fully enjoy it!
What's funny, when the pharmacist was filling it, she told me it can cause constipation. 
I told her ... right now, I feel like I've been hit in the face with a baseball bat ... taking a dump is really the least of my problems!
Shyguy94, I don't think you're gonna find anyone willing to stake you. Like Flush said, "only trusted members of the forum get stakes."
I've been around for awhile ... and I don't think anyone would be willing to stake me yet. (Not that I need the money. I'm rich, biotch! ) Plus, I'm Canadian .. and we're very trustworthy, eh! |

Shy,
I think part of the problem (atleast with me) is you're flooding the forum with requests for $$. There will be plenty of tourneys and once you've deposited, you won't have to ask for stakes/loans. It's really not a good idea when you are new. |
