They're called HA tables because it is Omaha Hi. This distinguishes it from the Omaha found in HORSE, which is Omaha Hi/Lo split. I guess they could have called it HI HO and HO Split.

Big fan of the HA tables. Now if they'd only add HAR and RASH tables.

I just got felted at the HA table, i flopped a boat and some one got a bigger boat on the turn.

That just happened to me. It didn't felt me but that $50+ pot put a dent in my profit for the session. Haven't made it back yet. I like that the worst thing to happen to me on these tables, so far, is that something cut into my profits.

Dammit. I invite doc to my HA game and this happens (doc is UTG):

Full Tilt Poker - Pot Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 | 8 players

Pre-flop: (8 players) Hero is MP1 with ASpade KSpade
UTG raises to $0.75, UTG+1 folds, Hero raises to $1.65, 5 folds, UTG calls.

Flop: AClub 8Spade 6Heart ($3.65, 2 players)
UTG bets $1.8, Hero raises to $9.05, UTG calls all-in $5.3.
Uncalled bets: $1.95 returned to Hero.

UTG showed 8Club THeart

Turn: AClub 8Spade 6Heart 9Diamond ($17.85, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $17.85)

River: AClub 8Spade 6Heart 9Diamond 7Heart ($17.85, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $17.85)

Results: Final pot: $17.85
UTG showed 8Club THeart (A straight 10 high)
Hero showed ASpade KSpade (A pair of aces)

...and he played that about as badly as anyone can possibly play a hand. You didn't even need to tell us that was doc.

What person with two brain cells calls that reraise you made on the flop? The reraise PF and the huge flop raise made him think his middle pair bad kicker was good with an ace on the board?

Posted it as more of a ha-ha thing since I'm going to welcome that call most of the time. I felted a guy the next hand and made my money back, which took the edge off of this loss.

It's a popular subject Very Happy

HA is the shiznit. Took my first loss when I took a stab at the .25/.50 tables last night. I just had a bad run of cards on a very aggressive table. (I have to admit my stomach turns a bit when I have to put in $50 on a big pot too, so I would have been scared money if I had caught a hand.) I think I'll stick to the very profitable .1/.25 for a little while longer.
