| This site sucks, I'm done. This isn't how poker is supposed to be played, getting sucked out every other hand and playing with rude people. |

I agree, but Full Tilt isn't responsible for you being drawn out on, nor can it reasonably censor the behaviour of all its players. It happens everywhere. |

I think I may be the only player on this site who is satisfied with support. I have emailed them a few times; Once regarding collusion issues and a few times regarding deposit/cashout issues. Each time I have recieved emails within a few hours. (The collusion issue email was especially thorough and personally written) My cash outs are prompt, and my Howard DVD, as useless as it was, arrived in a few weeks. Lucky I guess? A lot of you guys on losing streaks also need to take into account that the competition here is very tough compared to other online sites. For every 1 time you get sucked out by a fish, you probably got bluffed or outplayed about 5 other times.
The only beef that I have with Full Tilt is the fact that they have been promising to have their Random Number Generator (RNG) reviewed by an outside organization for a little over a year now, and have still failed to post proof of any such action. Not only would this cut down on the "rigged theorists", but I think Full Tilt has an obligation to fufill promises such as this to their players. |

Well I earned my copy of Howard
Lederer's Winning Guide To Online Poker and received an email on January 17th, 2005 stating that I would receive it in 4-6 weeks. Needless to say, 1 full year is more than 4-6 weeks. At this point, it is just the principal of the whole situation. I wonder if Mr. Lederer knows that people signed up at the site still haven't received what was earned and promised per the site's specifications. Somehow I don't think that he would like having his name associated in such a negative way. Not very good customer service to say the least. I am tired of emailing 50 million support staff, only to be told I am on the list and it is in the mail and never to receive it. They did send me another DVD (very quickly I might add) until the new batch of DVD's arrived to be mailed, but never heard from them again. Oh well, c'est la vie. |

The beats you take on this site can be sick. But that's true of every other online poker room. ****, try playing at UB. |
Oh man you aren't lying, UB beats are SICK. I think it's just all part of poker but I seriouly doubt that FTP has a beat system after playing at UB (and I still play there lol). |
