I have taken the last of my money out and will not play there again for real money for a few reasons...

1. I was supposed to get Lederer's DVD Online Secrets as part of signing up. It is seven months later and I still don't have it. Total B.S.
2. Whenever I make a deposit (it's been twice, once to reload) I seem to get decent cards that hold up most of the time. Whenever I make a withdrawl, I can't catch a break. I am tired of losing 80% of the hands when I'M the 80% favorite. Thankfully, somehow I am still up some $ that I can take out before it's too late.

3. I either get crap cards or busted monsters. I refuse to play reckless and try to suck out in order to win.

4. Your customer service is nonexistant and useless. Do you even care?

Tilters,

If you have any questions about your Howard Lederer DVD, please send them to winningdvd@fulltiltpoker.com and we will assist you.

P.S. JFH11 - your DVD was sent out about 5 weeks ago, so your DVD should be arriving soon.

the site can go to hell. they only reason they have a "good" reputation is b/c they have so many pros using it.

and the customer service blows balls. I don't even wanna get into that.

I won't be following.

I've tried other sites, and I'm staying put.

It's a good site. Support is slow, so I've heard, but they're working on that. I remember a post, something about support moving into a new office, and 'new hires'. Did I read that somewhere?

The support will get better.

Personally, I've had nothing but good experiences with support. Maybe I've just been lucky so far. My emails to support have been responded to very quickly, my DVD and t-shirts arrived well within the time FTP said they would, and I've never had a problem with money not being deposited into my account after placing in a tourney.

The beats you take on this site can be sick. But that's true of every other online poker room. ****, try playing at UB.

Who needs support? I'm here to play poker! And no other site comes even close to the speed and crispness and ease of use of the FTP interface. I wish some others did, because there's a lot of fish in other oceans, but every time I try another site, I pull all my money out after a day or two and bring it back here.

I received my email stating that I had earned my Howard Lederer DVD on January 17, 2005. It said that I would be receiving my DVD in 4-6 weeks. IT'S BEEN 44 WEEKS!!!!! Nevermind that I have been emailing support since February 2005.

I don't think that they were moving offices at that time, and even if they were, it should not take over 10 months to send out 1 DVD. I have received approximately 15 responses from numerous "Team Full Tillt" support staff members (Bart, Selina, Anne, Star, Malcolm, Jordan, Kaylee) in the ensuing months. Jordan wrote me TWICE (in August) that HE HAD PERSONALLY put me on the list to get the DVD and I would be receiving it shortly. When I emailed him back some time later that I still hadn't received my DVD, he wrote back that he understood that I had been waiting for a while, but to please be patient (ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? PATIENT? I THINK I HAVE GONE BEYOND BEING PATIENT!). That was back in September!!!

I even emailed Fulltilt Errick back on October 18th, at the address he has posted here, but never got a response. I emailed him again on November 23rd. Let's see if I get a response this time.

I am kind of suprised that a site that is associated with Howard Lederer as well as the other pros is conducting business this way. Neither poor customer service nor a bad reputation is something that I would think Mr. Lederer (or the other pros) would want associated with his (or their) name(s).

"P.S. JFH11 - your DVD was sent out about 5 weeks ago, so your DVD should be arriving soon."

Based on this statement alone, I completely understand the frusterations of all of the above. I personally have had success with the site, so the general complaints I can't comment on. However, if an offered product is not in stock and on back order, FTP should atleast give a better excuse.

What service is used that takes over 5 weeks for delivery? Pony Express?
I'd like to know so I make sure to NEVER use it.

I never heard of the free DVD deal, but it sure sounds like it was a big hoax. Curious if anyone actually got one.

I did. It was pretty worthless. The bulk of the DVD was instructions on how to get on to Full Tilt and use the full tilt software. Hmmm, I managed to download the software and set up a real money account and they send me a DVD explaining how to download software and set up a real money account.

I also learned how to change my avatar, reset options like sound and four color deck, and where to look for games of a particular type before getting the DVD that told me how to do those things.

There is one segment (10-15 minutes) where Howard plays a small S&G to show how it works and talks aloud while he plays. There were a couple of tips in that segment.

But overall the hour I spent watching the DVD is an hour of my life I'd like back. The only good thing about having gotten it is that I'm only upset by the hour of my life wasted watching it. A bunch of folks have spent way more time than that trying to get their hands on the thing--man are they ever going to be ticked off when they find out how useless the DVD actually is.
