If people could just go back-and-forth with rational discussion, instead of realizing they made a bad argument, so flipping out with insults, things would be much better.

Did you ever think maybe your argument was bad Jobe? Lord knows a computer program can't be flawed. What makes what you say gospel? Because you read it somewhere?

I read men can get pregnant. Does that make it true? I wrote it down, and then I read it. Believe everything I read.

The fact is nobody knows if these RNG's are flawed or not. I still play because I enjoy the game. Obviously you do too. But don't think that because I believe something having experienced both live and online play (and live play at one of the highest tournament levels possible) that you are right and I am wrong.

And the fact that you are a law student only convinces me more that I am probably right and you are likely wrong.

Of course I thought that my argument might be bad, but if all you'll do is call me a "twunt" instead of showing how you think it's bad, how am I supposed to know?

Just stick with the discussion and it's all good. I appreciate you writing that post instead of just insulting me. I guess we should agree to disagree.

Oh wait, you still made that weird comment at the end. I can forgive that.

I don't think the RNG at Full Tilt has been verified by an outside concern.

I made that weird comment at the end because I can. been there, done that. You didn't figure that out when Otto pointed it out last week. I can certainly agree to disagree. You will find you get to do that alot where you are going.

Oh god, I'm going nowhere, unlike you. Thanks craig! I'll have to try that in court: call the OC a douchenozzle. Much appreciated.

Well, become a defense attorney... so at least it'll be true when you say it.

I never understood how one side can be so much worse than the other. Explain to me how a guy who knows 90+% of accused criminals are guilty can be easily worse than a guy who knows that, and tries to help them.

Its the means by which they help them that is repulsive. It's one thing to argue extenuating circumstances as a means to reduce sentences or obtain Lesser includeds, but exclusionary rules and speedy trial rights as a means to gain acquittals for heinous criminals is wrong.

Granted they are doing nothing outside the bounds of the law, but I couldn't do it.

And yes, you always call the opposing counsel douchenozzle when you are losing the legal arguments. It will make you feel better.

So you agree with me, then, that it's a tough argument to assume prosecutors are douchenozzles compared to defense attorneys? I just wanted to say they were equal, but by all means, if you think they're far better, explain your case.

Obviously we need both--it's an adversary system--and it can't be the defense attorneys' fault that it's overly focused on minutiae and that the breaking of such minutiae can make or break a case, so what's the problem?

What I'm saying is that I couln't resort to the tactics defense attorneys do to win a case. Defense attorneys have to do all within their power to win while prosecutors have to "seek justice." I'm not saying one is worse than the other, just one's job is to use technicalaities to thwart justice, making a wonderful legal system, but a more dangerous society.

As for douchenozzles, that is neither prosectors or defendense attornies. Its any attorney you are against who happens to be winning. "But Your honor. He's a douchenozzle." Also use the "Jimmy Cracked Corn" defense. When the judge asks something, respond "Jimmy Cracked Corn." He'll ask what that means and you say "I don't care." Goes over well.

I'm taking notes on all of this.

So, since we obviously should be friends, where do you live in NY? I spent about a year in Locust Valley, W Long Island, and a few months in Spanish Harlem.

I'm not yet conceding friendship, but I'll step up to acquaintences and I live in Western Long Island, Nassau County NY. I practice in Westbury.

Just popping in for a quick second to attempt to understand something; craig thinks the system is maybe not as random as we're led to believe. However, how does that make him a cheater? He's not saying the system is non-random and giving him an advantage, which he's using to make money. In fact, his claim seems to be that the non-randomness of the system is costing him money.
