| hi when i try to log in i am denied then when i emailed support they say that my account is temperially suspended due to a routine audit CAN someone tell me what does this mean an why r they doing this thank you |

| something tells me they are doing a routine audit. dont know why. maybe you are suspected of cheating (im not accusing just explaining some options) or something like that. im sure support will take care of it ASAP. patience is key same as in poker. |

| It can happen for various reasons. I don't want to make any assumptions so my best answer would be to tell you to sit tight, give support a chance to do their job and don't worry too much. If you haven't heard anything within 24-48 hours I'd send them an email asking for an update, just don't bombard them every few hours. |

| This is the second thread like this. It is ridiculous that FT does this to people with no warning. They should at least have the courtesy to send an email telling you. |
