Thing is... i don't think online poker is rigged... but I do think it's full of ignorant and beginners poker players... and this is the part that pisses me off...
I consider myself as a good poker player... knowing when to fold and raises... and one thing i REALLY don't like... is the begginners calling all-in with like 5-6 suited and they are winning on a flush , and u had a set of K....
it gets on my nerves...
I have a lot more examples of REALLY bad play from those kind of players... but they are still winning... in my opinion.... the only people winning big in online poker... are those who are REALLY lucky and the beginners cuz they are calling with everything.... |

As for examples, once I review the hand histories I will post more statistically improbable hands and maybe even a few what i like to call "Pre-planned action hands" i.e. poc AA's vs. poc Q's, both hit there trip on the flop. Now guys don't run with this it is ONLY ONE EXAMPLE not the basis for my whole arguement.
All those hand histories will tell you is that you're a terrible player who can't win at poker, not that there are any statistical anomolies.
In any poker game, you will see AA vs a lower pair alot. This stuff happens all the time, just more often online because you see more hands in an hour than in a brick-and-mortar game. Big deal if both hit trips on the flop. Does that mean a site is rigged? Oh hell no. You will see action hands like this alot - you know why? Maybe, oh, i don't know, its because people PLAY THE GOOD HANDS? It just so happens that this time and some other times the good hands were AA or AK vs QQ and so on. Just this time, but odds dictate it will continue to happen. You're just a sorry fish that can't beat online games. Stick to blackjack, fool. |

GibyGib...I cannot believe I am wasting my time to even ackowledge your post just look at the original post. The classic defense of more hands per hour is just plain silly.
I won't waste anymore of my time.
I have requested the history for EVERY hand I have played since starting on this site.
So stay tuned. |

Weell then...what do I say? I requested my ENTIRE hand histories since i joined full tilt but unfortunately the good people at full tilt couldn't process my request becasue of current system upgrades.
I guess it ends on that note...one thing is for certain you will never find me on this site again.
I liked what vbprogramme said... I believe it sums up the current situation "The burden of proof is needed on both sides of the fence".
I tried people but your good friends at Full Tilt coould not give me the info. So I guess we will leave it at that.
Finally to all those players who want to question my play come find the handle name Maverick550. It won't be bad beats just plain beats by being outplayed.

heres the problem Mav....
If you go back and find me 150 instances of a bad hand beating a good hand over the last 2 months, it will still mean exactly.....
NOTHING!!!
your gonna show me the ones where the 15% beat the 85%, and your gonna hide, delete, bury, burn and spit on the 500 times that the 85% beat the 15%. And theres another 350 times that you DONT even know about where your KK held up against 10-6 because the player (who might even be an alright player) folded it and you never saw it.
Im tired of people telling me they dont wanna be playing fish. Cmon RU....learn to handle the swings, and profit and build, I promise its worth your time.
For everyone else: no more responses to Salt'N'Pekker, just let him **** or whatever he wants to do, ignore him and he'll go away. Spend time replying to people who can formulate an argument. Mavericks getting closer to formulating an argument, he just doesnt know he should have been saving his hand histories on his computer since he started playing on here like a responsible player. |
