I must have missed something, but can someone tell me how can I get my bonus account money that I've earned from July out so I could use them to play more poker. The promotion said that they'll match me 50-100% of my deposit. I deposited money and can see that I've earned some bonus money, but how can that money be released? The bonus money also have a time of validation and a time of expiration. Will I lose the bonus money if it is not retrieved and used by the expiration date? Can someone please help me and clarify this matter? I would appreciate it a lot.

| you have to play a certain amount of "raked" hands to unlock your bonus.. a "raked" hand is a hand in which the house takes a portion of the pot (usually a dollar for every ten up to 30 dollars or something like that) so that the house can make money.. the expiration means you have to play that certain amount of "raked" hands before the offer expires.. a little message box will appear when portions of your bonus are unlocked.. |

| No. That's not right, phish. Sorry. Ok, a raked hand is in fact when the house (full tilt) takes a portion of the pot. Their rake differes by limit and type of game - most no limit tables take 5% of the pot up to $3.00. In order to earn your bonus, you have to earn a certain number of full tilt points, or FTPs. You earn FTPs by rake - every dollar in rake taken in a hand in which you were dealt cards gets you one FTP. So if $0.15 was taken in rake, you get 0.15 FTPs. You earn your bonus by FTPs - every FTP you earn is worth $0.06, and that goes towards your bonus. So if your bonus is $10.00, you need to earn 10/0.06, or 166.67 FTPs. You earn your bonus in pieces, however. When you earn 10% of your bonus, or $20.00, whichever is less, that gets released. This continues until you've earned your entire bonus. |

| Ok. But the rake will never ever reach 10 or 30 dollars at full tilt. Maybe in a live casino, but not here. You had the right idea, though.... |
