According to support, they have had some rare technical difficulty which has caused me to be unable to login under my current account -w- my current e-mail address.

I will now have to re-open/register under a completely new account.

This sucks big time.

I guess I will have to get another screen name now as well eh??

Screw this. Evil or Very Mad

You've gotten a solution from support in less than 24 hours? That rules. Ask some of the Pokerroom refugees what dealing with support was like there.

Having said that, imagine the potential here. You can signup under a rakeback deal if you hadn't already. You get to establish a new online persona, where people won't have notes on your play. If I wasn't so new here, I'd ask them to hose my account up as well.

This isn't even funny. I cannot even use my current e-mail address now. Exclamation Confused

Support claims that they do not know when / if ever, I will be able to open a new account under my current e-mail address. Evil or Very Mad

Well screw it! I am not going to go through the trouble of changing my e-mail address again. I just got this one 2 months ago! Mad

I guess it's going to be Poker Stars and Doyles Room from now on. Confused

Oh well......It's been fun everybody. I guess I'll see you around. Sad

Have you tried the oldemail+fulltilt@address.com trick?

Lots of mail services will let you use a + sign as a filtering mechanism, but it's not a part of your official address.

I used something like that when signing up with sites using my Gmail account, so if I got spam messages, I could see who whored out my address.

Yeah, they're okay.

But they don't have a good poker forum.

The forum can be different from the .com, which I think is why you see a lot of players that have diff names like Honest Rob is Mr. Montalbaun. This isn't so bad is it? I mean don't you only play "play chips" here anyway? If you do go ahead and create a new account, make sure you clear your cookies and load the software directly through the .com url in case you ever want to play for real cash and get rakeback. I would find this a blessing imho, but I am a cash game player.
