I sat down at UB today and played about 600 hands of full ring 1/2...I was positive for the session by about $15 and I cleared 13 bucks bonus cash...So at least I can say it wasn't a waste of time...

Here are my thoughts followed by a question...

There ended up being about 9 of us that were at the table for the duration. The 10th spot would get filled in by the random player and he would play for 30 or 40 hands and then leave, he would leave with much less money that he started with...

Out of the 9 of us, I was the loosest and most passive player on the table with stats of 17/9/3.2 I thought I was a fairly tight player, but these guys put me to shame...

Sharks grinding away waiting for the occasional fish to stop by the table...
Is this what we have to look forward to at the small stakes post ban, or did I just find a bad table?
Another thought...maybe all the sharks found me Shocked

Here is my biggest hand of the session...No need to comment, just wanted to brag a little... 8)

I played a lot at UB post ban and before ban and generally the play there is better than all sites. They have their share of fish but a higher percentage of sharks even before the ban--you can be selective of your games which I think is a key to winning poker anyway. It does no good to be the 8th best player at your limit on a particular site if the 7 that are better are sitting at your table.
To win consistantly at UB you really have to push edges and play many many hands, the good news is because of the fast software you'll get in up to two times as many hands per table.
Just my thoughts

I will probably finish out my bonus money and then make a decision as to what to do...

Thanks for the response...

I've noticed a change in style as well, but on an only european site. The players seem to be taking a lot more time to decide what action to take.
They aren't sharks, and not really fish but it is as if they are playing by the book, and refering to it during play. Confused
When the USA players were there the games went a lot faster.
