Look at it as a failed attempt to limp-reraise, maybe.
I'll sometimes limp UTG with Aces in Omaha, especially at an 8-or-9-person table. I'm hoping for a raise so I can reraise, of course.

Tough call. Is your opponent capable of a check/reraise pot-sized-bet BLUFF on the end?
Or more to the point, if you make a value bet on the river and your opponent makes a pot-sized check/raise, will it make you sick? |
