|
|
Hello everyone. This is my first week on Full Tilt so pardon the stupid question.
I just did a cash out and followed all the direction. But I didn't see any message or page that told me where I can cash out to. Does it go back to where you initally deposited? Does it ask for the information after it had been processed 24-48 hours later? Or did I screw something up?
Thanks |

| It goes back to how you deposited. (Not getting the email from FTP is odd, check your spam folder.) So check your Netteller/Firepay/etc account. They should send you an email when the money shows up, which usually isn't as long as the 24-48 hours they say it takes. |

| No I got the email that said the withdrawal request is being processed. Just nothing that said where I could send to. |

| Oh, OK. Well, then you'll have your money in a little bit. They don't ask for any info after "processing," they just send the money off. |

The cash out process can be confusing for newbies. I cashed out earlier this week, and didn't have a clue what I was doing.
I thought I'd get to choose the method of withdrawal after it was approved. Then I find out my money is in my ePassporte account. I was wanting to use Neteller, because it's much faster for us folk in Canada.
But anywho, it's one negative, in an otherwise fantastic site. |

Hope you have better luck with the cash out. I have been waiting since the 13th and nothing. E-mailed cashier and support with no response. I have stopped playing on full tilt till this is resolved. I am thinking about asking for the balance of my account also. I use epassporte and party poker cashes out in one hour.
I like full tilt but won't play on a site were it takes this long to get my funds.
This was a small test to see if what I heard about cash-out is true and I guess it is a fact. |
