so "hypothetically," do you need to be 21 to cash out, even if you can't remember if you entered your age or not to play here, but if you did you would have lied?
my "friend" wants to know.
also, if you deposited initially through just a credit card, why doesn't it let you withdraw, even if you made a neteller account. my underage "friend" is having a problem with this, and "we" think it might be that it's because he's underage. his 21st is at the end of the month though. |

| I sugggest that YOU, I mean "your friend" wait until they are 21 to cash out then. Not much else I can think of. I am sure others will have better advice for you...I mean "your friend". |

| I was always curious about things like this. Like if a 12 year old plays online poker, just the play money and freerolls. Wins a freeroll and gets $5 and turns it into some massive amount of money like $100,000. Kind of extreme I know, but I mean, what would happen then? He won his initial money from a freeroll, would he be allowed to cash out? |

Well, in an extreme situation such as this one, I'd think that the parents would give all the banking info necessary and withdraw then, right? In no chance would a 12-yr old would be able to withdraw money because it's nearly impossible for them to set up a bank account under only their name.
EDIT: BNrocks, I recommend that "your friend" ask his parents to withdraw the money for him, and give them a percentage of that withdrawal for all their trouble. |

This is because the account on record is still the credit card. I had the same problem when I deposited with my debit card, and tried to cash out with firepay. You need to do one of two things. Either make a small deposit to full tilt using neteller, so that account is on record, or email support and ask them to connect your neteller account with your full tilt account by giving them your neteller account number. |

| Ya it should be 18 unless its 21 required in your state. Then it would be 21 but even still I don't think you would have a problem. After all its just a check go to your bank and cash it. Shouldn't matter who its from! |
