I would venture a guess of around 23-27% for 6max...

I see people at the 6max tables who have averages anywhere from 18%-32% that seem to do quite well.

I see anywhere from 25-31%, but I think i play fairly loose for 6max. I do not have a lot of experiance with 6max, I know of a couple of posters that specialize in 6max play...I only have about 8000 hands logged, so I am not an expert.

One thing that I should note is that I play.50/1. I think players are a little better postflop in 1/2 and I would probably tighten up a little and throw away a few of the weaker starting hands that I would normally play at .50/1.

23-27% seems really low. Just playing both blinds would be 33% and I would imagine that the ones you fold would be made up for by hands played out of the blinds unless you're folding the BB to raises a lot of the time. Do you fold the SB a lot? I haven't played 6max and I'm just starting to get the hang of FLHE at a full ring, so I'm curious about this...

6max is so much more aggressive than full ring games.

Sometimes you just have to bully your opponent into submission by betting.

Many hands are 3 bet by the time they get to the blinds and you just have to give them up, or call and get pushed off the hand postflop...that bleeds too many chips. It is hard to coldcall 2 or 3 bets half the time and expect to make any money.

Keep an eye in the forums, many times a few of us limit players will sit down at the .25/.50 6max tables to play a little bit. I think we may get a bit over aggressive(at least I do on occasion), but it will give you an idea of how the game goes. You can sit down for 10 bucks and have a little fun...

I believe I have around 50,000 hands logged in at 6max overall, and my seen flop percentage stands at 34%. In the past two months, it's been reaching 40%. It may seem higher than usual, but I think playing this way works for me at the NL $50 level since I prefer playing LAG.

I think going as low as 20% is ok as well for certain types of players, especially the lower you go. Players tend to give you big pots there, and you can still wait for hands and make a profit.

Soon as I deposit here I'll do that. I like to check and see who's playing when I login and I like playing pretty much every game offered, so I'll be sitting down with anybody in the micros.

I can't begin to say what is good for NL...Most all of my hands and experiance are at fixed limit games.

Oh wow, disregard my first post completely. I opened this up from that bottom scroll for latest threads, and I must've completely missed out on the FIXED LIMIT part, lol. My apologies...

Sorry there UFO.

GT+ has to be used in conjunction with poker tracker in order for it to work.
