How often can someone go all in with nothing only to hit their longshot runner-runner hand before it becomes suspicious? I don't mind being beat by a beter hand or a better play, well maybe a little, and can handle the occasional bad beat. But when bad beats came more often than not I can only scratch my head and wonder what I'm missing.
Does anyone have any words of wisdom to restore my faith. The coin can't land on tails every time can it? |

The thing is, a lot of people go all-in with nothing, so it seems like they always win. plus you remember the badbeats you take way more than the beats you give. You can play in a tournament and give like 6 bad beats to people, then take one that kicks you out of the tournament and you'll only remember that one that kicked you out, because its the hand that made the most difference. You'll hardly remember the beats you put on someone else.
Also, it seems like you get busted out of tournaments and ring games because of bad beats, well, how many people actually get blinded out? at least 99% of the people in games get kicked out because of one hand, and lots of them are bad beats. |
