In case you want the official release from the company itself instead of some artical, here it is.

there is no gauruntee that it will last 270 days.... here is a direct quote from the "official press release". not some "artical".
"The Company also
continues to closely monitor the regulatory situation and is determining what actions
to take well before the conclusion of the 270-day rulemaking period."
Sounds like the 270 period might be shorter... Just my interpretation...
