A whole lot of sites have discontinued U.S. business all ready without freezing our funds. Why do you think that Full Tilt would?

Its not trash. Just thought I would flower it as a rumor. I would like to see

I think what others were trying to say is that if you bothered looking around a bit you could find management's comments. See the link above.

If the U.S. gov't has decided to start harrasing the owners of online gaming companies I, for one, would like a link to a reliable source as I do own shares in Party Gaming. To my knowledge I am not being harrased.

Ok, I'm not a forum groupie. Does that mean my post is more valueable? Doubt it but here we go...

All I want to know is where are you getting any information that would lead to you making these statements? Just point me to the website and I'll take a look. Or is this from a super duper, top secret source? Or maybe u talked to deepthroat?

ok the last two comments were more than reasonalbe and I will take time
to comment on those as they were not rife "your an idiot ..." They are
sensible discussion points. Of course my intial comments were somewhat
strongly worded and maybe seemed a little "over-the-top". Howver this section is entitled "gossip".I did not get this from an announcement or post (but if some other individual or poker website posted it would that give it more credence- maybe. FT certainly was not going to post it and most webistes related with poker sites wuld also not likely post it. So I posted it but i didn't post it lighly or without deference. I love the online game and I love this site but I did have a very credible source( a professional online poker player who is connected with certain individuals operating this site).I hope I am completely wrong but I did want to bring it to the table.I felt that was neccessary. It appears I may well stand corrected as there has not been one person who has agreed or confirmed my "gossip". Thats a good thing I hope. Take care.

Man I am disappointed with today's response from guspckpckt. It's like a Republican politician saying that Gays, Guns, and God are not the key to winning as as Republican. And it certainly goes against the rhetoric I read last night:

I love this site. But, they are not coming clean with their players. I feel people do need a heads-up and if you want to keep your head buried in the sand who am I to change that?

Look, no equivocation in the above statement whatsoever. No "it's rumored they are not coming clean with their players." They were definitively not coming clean with their players. Today? My bad! Come on Gus, that isn't worth the price of admission. I want to be entertained. I want my monkey to dance.

I've never heard this expression. But I'll tell you what. If I had a monkey that knew how to dance, I would be very happy.

On another note, I have seen that you take kindly to people that aren't mean to you, so I have a request. Please stop taking shots at other people's countries, it isn't needed. Thanks.

You know, if a thousand monkeys all took the contageous every day for a thousand years, you'd eventually see the most beautiful dance ever danced

My ears personally? Or my government? No need to treat U.S citizens according to the decisions that our president makes (unless you are that shallow of a person).

Jobe, can you enlighten me on the whole monkey-dancing thing?

But that kills it! Smile

I just took that old saying about "if a thousand monkeys had a thousand typewriters and typed for a thousand years, they'd reproduce all the works of Shakespeare eventually" (which is garbage, by the way) and changed it to better suit this thread and the don svenne-like butchering of that one sentence by gus.

I think it's true in this case, though. I mean, if you changed "contageous" to an actual noun, like maybe "crack", or, for the Brits in the house, "the piss".

Ok. Let me clarify. I have many fantastic American friends and I
I love visitng your country. Too soppy fpr some maybe but thats the
truth. It is your government that I have the problem with. But hey its not like I stand alone in that regard. Contagious frenzy. Thats for Jobe.

Is that the same monkey that played at the WSOP? What spot did he go out in anyway?

Wouldn't that have su cked to finish worse than the monkey ?!?
