Has anyone had issues with loading tables recently and no action takes place?
I have loaded tables, joined tables, changed seating on tables.... nothing.
The tables and seats and avatars are all in position but frozen.
Need to leave and reopen to find a hand already in progress...
Just me? |

Same thing happened to me in the middle of the $8000 gauranteed tournament last night when it switched me to another table shortly after the tourny started. I sent an e-mail to customer support because obviously there is a software glitch. They responded and tried to tell me that they researched it and I lost internet connection. I then e-mailed them back and re-explained what happened and stated that if I had lost internet connection then how come during the time that it was frozen I could:
1.) See my chips decreasing from the tournament lobby as it was happening.
2.) See my standing changing as it was happening in the tournament.
3.) Observe other tables LIVE action in the tournament.
4.) Access and join a $2/$4 limit Holdem.
I have yet to hear back from that e-mail and am starting to wonder if they don't care and I need to pursue this further. |

| this has been happening to me lately when I multi tabling and I have 2-3-4 open and go to open another table it freezes so bad I have to log off and log back on. I e-mailed suppot and they claim they have no idea why and I asked them to check the hh's to see for themselves and they claim they can't see where I ever was sitting out any time?????? |
