how many lawsuits will it take for full tilt to go broke?
that is the main question.
I spoke with representative of a multi million dollar corporation.
They laught and there service was awfull.
My question is because of huge companies like so which they think of themself as gods. because they have so much money they think can't be touch.
I wonder as for how many lawsuits will be able to leave those individuals in the streets.

we odd to take in consideration that there mistakes which they make are small.

For example full tilt ;
1) out of usa.
2) there product does not kill, harm.
3)there payments are most Electronic Funds.
4)maximun money they are liable for is $9.999.00 in a bankwire

How can you sue someone which is not in the same jurisdiction that you are in.

Check with an actual lawyer, but people hire lawyers to handle their legal matters all the time. I imagine that if you were trying to sue FT you'd have to figure out what jurisdiction to sue them in and hire a lawyer licensed in that jurisdiction.

Although why you bring this up is beyond me.

To let full tilt know who is in charge.
After all much like Las Vegas people forget they are guest in town.
And you must obey the household rules.

what is that saying "customer is always right."

I've read this 4 times and have no clue what you are talking about. Confused

Who is in charge?

What do you mean "After all much like Las Vegas people forget they are guest in town.?"

What rules are not being obeyed?

While watching a documentary about Wal-Mart, I was stunned to learn that they face an average of over 6,000 lawsuits at any given time. Every company gets sued. It's part of doing business.

I'm guessing you mean U.S. law, but I don't understand what law(s) you think is being violated.
