Online Poker Forum at Full Tilt Poker

I have emailed full tilt three times and no response. I was kicked off of their server while still being able to play at bigsy at the same time. The fault is on full tilts end. Ans as expected they wont man up and respond to my countless emails. It must be how they do business. They figure ill get sick of sending emails and just go away. Its no wonder the United States government is trying to run these sites off .

my advise
1)get a friend on support
2) get he's/she's email.
3) only email to him.

What a joke. just put cash in to play tonight and it was all taken from me while i was booted off the server./ No way im putting more in and i want to play yet these cowards wont man up and get back to me. I would go play at party poker but i cannot due to the new laws yet full tilt can still run because of the pockets they lined in the united states government

They've always, uh, "man'ed up" for me. It sometimes takes a bit though. They get emails all day every day, so give it a couple hours. I've gotten responses in 45 minutes before. If no one else was kicked off when you were, then it isn't on FT's end. It's on yours. You may have used up your bandwidth and it kicked you off. It happens.

Hey, calm down there youngster. I tried to help or at least explain what might be going on. You threatened "dangerous drastic measures" (wtf kinda stupid sh*t is that), so I think we're all done for today. Your attitude deserves no help. You're not "man-ing up" either, you're "moron-ing up".

This site has some of the best customer service I've seen. Most other sites the customer service sends a generic email out right away and they don't address your issue for 3 days. Here you get a personalized response the same day(usually). You need to lighten up and learn some patience.

I am sure the FT team will get to you ASAP - even faster now that they have been challenged to man-up. Oh ya - the pros will probably email u too since u have sqwaked a good game.
