Three hours is not a long time waiting at all. Just imagin all the ppl who emailed ftp before u did. Do u really feel that ur more important then everyone else and they all should be skipped over so ftp can tend to u? So maybe just be a little more patient and understanding and try to beleave that ftp's best intrust is in u...after all they u don't become a multi million dollar company by treating your customers like sh^t so after saying that i highly doubt they want to start treating customers like sh^t now.

This is some bloody hilarious sh1te. I love the part how he would play party poker but can't because of new laws but Full TIlt have paid off the US government so it can run, lol. Perhaps he should be glad that FTP isn't such a bunch of pansys and folding to a government that has no jurisdiction over them. Bravo Full Tilt for having the balls to continue.

If i were u i would get your money out of full tilt soon because i read that on wednesday they will be signing a strict law against united states based banks and credit card companies dealing with all online gaming accounts
now u losers will halfto actually play a legit B@M game and u can sit and wonder why your gut busters arent coming through like your fraud site full tilt would toss u. |

Ahhhh, soooo glad to be canadian, no Bush here to ruin our online gambling  , oh and by the way, Full Tilt Poker email support is in canada, they are 15 minute drive away from me. So whever something goes wrong for me I know where to find them when they dont respond to my email lol. |

First of all, it is very clear that you aren't old enough to play a legit B&M game.
Secondly, you lost all of your money on 2 hands. That obviously means that you are playing so far outside of your bankroll that it is actually entertaining.

I have carefully considered what you have said and I came to the conclusion that you are either a liar or a complete idiot.
#1 - you were not "booted off the server". You got disconnected due to YOUR ISP or one of the hops in the route YOUR ISP took to get to FTP. Had FTP been responsible for the disconnection then everyone at the table would have been disconnected.
#2 - the ONLY way you could have lost all your cash is if you put all your cash on the table in one game. That is just horrendously stupid and will ALWAYS result in you going broke.
#3 - the ONLY way you could lose money while disconnected is if you bet that money into the pot then got disconnected. So apparently you must have taken your entire bankroll and put it on a table then bet it all in and then got disconnected due to a failing of YOUR ISP.
#4 - you seem to be very upset by this. enough to indicate to me that you couldn't afford to lose what you were betting. Using money you can not afford to lose is a recipie for disaster and will almost always blow up in your face.
So lets summarize your experience adding in the elements that you don't want to mention...
You took $100 of your $300 per week paycheck and deposited it to FTP. Then you put the entire hundred on a $1/$2 holdem table. You got dealt a good starting hand, I assume something powerfull like pocket 5's. Having this unbeatable starting hand you decided to push all in and get called. Since you are all in you are guaranteed to go to a showdown regardless if you get disconnected or not. Unfortunatley, due to YOUR ISP you get disconnected and do not get to see the outcome of the hand in real time. When you reconnect you find that all your money is gone. Apparently you did NOT win your all in hand. Had you won the hand you would have had the money from that pot.

Despite FTP giving you some charity and paying you off, you go and do the same thing all over again.
In short you are either a liar and made up the whole thing or you are a horrendously bad poker player. The irony is that you started this thread to disparage FTP's name and instead ended up posting that FTP was so upstanding that they even gave you a second chance FOR FREE and you still managed to lose all your money.
I have news for you. The best customer service in the world still can not save you from your own stupidity. If you are that determined to lose your money you are going to lose it regardless of where you play.
