I'm not going to send a chart; Someone else will, but in Omaha high/low, starting hands aren't nearly as important as they are in Hold 'em.

With that said....

AA23 double suited is regarded as the strongest hand in Omaha high/low.
Of course, hands are always better if double suited, and there are some other good hands that one can be dealt. The idea is to have a hand that has a chance to win both the high and the low. Hopefully, you have at least one ace in there, because aces are great cards with which to scoop. You want to have at least two cards that can make a low, probably three, and hopefully you have some chance to make a straight also. Big pairs aren't too strong, unless they are aces because the aces can help with the high and low.

A chart for Omaha hi/lo or Omaha Hi would be hard to construct. There are to many varibles.

Ed Hutchinson, PHD, Omaha player (very good one), has devised a point system that is better than chart. It gives you some good pre-flop guidelines that can help the new players get an idea of where to start.
