I had a heart attack and stroke!!!!!! Missed my chance to play in the RACE FOR THE BRACLET TURNY THAT I WON A SPOT TO. they wont give me my
1500 or a another spot . |

That sucks, I hope you're doing better now.
Their rules are clear, no cash or switching of seats. They probably purchased the seat for you and it went empty, but they no longer have the money.
At any rate their actions are in line with their rules. While they obviously lack compassion, they are not technically ripping you off. |
