#1: You have the nuts, so why would you be scared? No one else had the diamond draw

#2: Why are you playing [ 7d 3s 8s 6d ] ?

#1) Played that hand because it was low connectors and suited.
#2) I was sweating because how did I know no one had the flush draw?!?

First of all that's a pretty crappy hand to play preflop. You have 3 low connecting cards and one card hanging off doing nothing - not a very happy situation. Then on the flop you stay in with what you should consider a gutshot - hitting the T for the low end of the straight is NOT a good situation for you. Omaha is a game of the nuts, and if you don't have the nuts or a draw to the nuts, you usually shouldn't be in the hand.

alright, its fair to think that someone would have the flush draw, but i still stand by my point that it was a horrible hand to play

sure they were low suited connectors, but your straight will often times not be the nut straight, and your flushes will often times not be the best flush
