Does Full Tilt Poker have play money sit & go tournament games?

Yes, in the SNG lobby. Look for the ones with blue buy ins.

I clicked on play money. I see lots of 5/10, 10/20, 100/200, and 200/400 blue games. I don't see any blue s&gs. Then I clicked on s&gs. I see some purple NL Holdem games that have 300FTP. But I am unable to get into them. I see what looks like running and completed 250 s&gs. But I haven't seen any that I can register for. Are these the play money s&gs?

Hmm. try ordering it by buy in. On my screen, it has all the blue sngs for play money, as well as the purple FTP ones.

The sng's are pretty hard to get in but there is one every 5 minutes. The 2,000 NL and 10,000 NL's are very hard to get into and it requires some good mouse clicking lol.

i'm new so make fun if u want. an earlier post had said --------it's hard 2 get in the 2k an 10k NL sng ,it takes good muose clicking LOL.i arrange column 2 status n wait wit hand on mse an as soon as a 2k or 10k pops up i try 2 get in and i always fail. b-sides tryn on weekday at mid day is there any otherway 2 get in like waiting list or auto reg. or something?LOL no offense any1
