why does everybody think that UltimateButt is Phil Hellmuth?
1) Phil is signed with UB.
2) phil has said that he rarely plays cash games, and UltimateButt is at the cash tables all the time. never seen him do anthing in a big tourney.(some of u might know if, and how often phils is at the cash tables at UB. i don't)
3) UltimateButt plays omaha hi/lo alot. i don't know what phil plays a UB, but i assume it hold'em since thats what all his bracelets are in. |

I get annoyed at this too. It obviously is not Phil. The reason people think that it is, is because a couple of pros told railbirds that it was (most likely for shi*ts and giggles) and the railbirds took it all too seriously. One time when I saw him playing OM8 someone asked UltimateButt if he was Phil and he replied, "Geez, give me a little more credit than that guys." |

all the pros who won braclets play omaha due to the 1g -2g table. I think that is a poor reason for him not to UltimateButt. Not just people here think that but some websites have confirmed it is him. Mattsow harley plays holdem, it is all Omaha. And all he has ever won is in holdem, same with Ivey. Bad reason.

| correct TeddyKGB17, my point that i was trying to get at is everyone see them only play holdem on tv and assume thats all they play. i think all of them know how to play, but enjoy one more then the other. But just cause on guy hasnt won a "big" tourney in that kind of poker, doesnt mean he will not or desnt play 3 card, omaha, stud, draw ect. |

i understand that. but Phil is know'n as only being a Hold'em player. the guys who play the big game will tell u that they make fun of him (just joking with him) that he can't play anything else. he has the BR 2 play the big game, but he isn't a cash game player and he doesn't play the mixed games. he has a few wins in other games ( but no bracelets) but he even calls him self a Hold'em specialist.
so..... as i said. i don't kowwhy people would think that UltimateButt is him. |

| oh yeah..... i don't think anybody that respects the game of poker plays 3 card. that is a casino game that has a huge house edge. |
