Listen, this may seem dangerously close to common sense, but can you simply add the competitors websites (www.pokerrulz.com or whatever) to the list of swear words? That way you wouldn't have to have human beings chasing down bots to control the spam. I mean it's silly the way it's set up.
On a different note, can you add a few different types of sit n go games? I really like the 2k play money stakes, can you run those more frequently, and add other sizes, such as 27 and 36 seats? The 9 person games fill up very quickly, and by the time I respond they are usually full.

That's a good idea, but then people will just manipulate their chat to avoid the filters.
I think the best thing we tilters can do is report spam when we see it, and never, ever visit a spammers website.
