I just read on cardplayer.com that the guy in 2nd or 3rd is going to donate his entire winnings to Michael J Fox's charity (of which he is a member of the board or something). Thought that was amazing even if he is filthly rich, apparently he is involved with a lot of other charities too. Very Greenstein like Smile

Thats awesome. I'm hoping that in a couple months I'll be able to do the "Bad Beat On Cancer" pledge. Possibly sooner, but we'll see.

Actually he placed 18th, winning $659,730 of which he donated all of that to the Michael J. Fox foundation. His name is David Einhorn and he does sit on the foundations board.

While I was watching the Final Table PPV they were talking about someone at the final table was donating a few points (%) to a charity. I think it came out to a couple of hundred thousand. Not bad for just a small percentage. But Barry donates just about if not all of his poker winnings to various charities. I would love to take him out once to get his book signed, it appears he puts what hand beat him on it too. Anyways, it is nice when the fortunate give just as they have received.
