| Ever since I downloaded the new software when it asked, when attempting to start up Full Tilt the icon at the bottom says "trying again" and will not start up, it will just say "sorry cannot connect" how may I fix this?? |

| are you able to connect to the internet? if not it is like stevn said, it is you connection. if you are able to connect, try unistalling the program and reinstall it to see if that does anything. if that doesn't work then take your computer and toss it out the window, that seems to work for me. |

| check your Firewall settings, somtimes when a program changes it will block it. Other wise uninstall and re-install should work |

| yeah, everytime you update a poker client the firewall sees it as a program modification and either should pop up and ask for permission or you can go to the firewall settings and select programs and update the full tilt client. |
