Stud hi/lo had been becoming one of my more favorite games as of late, and there is a $5 at 22:30. If somebody would oblige, 60/40 would be what I am willing to negotiate.

| What do you mean? Do you mean that you would stake somebody and have them repay you 40 percent of their winnings? |

| Oh, by the way, every other week, I go to my friends house and we play stud 8 with an ante of 0.50 and we can bet $1 on 5th, 6th, and 7th streets. I usually make around 20 each time. |

Oh, sorry. Misunderstood your 'statement'. And yes, the ante in our game is equal to a small bet. Sorry, I only have 0.05 in my account or I would stake you because you seem like a trustworthy person to me . |

Thanks for the support, Shadoe. I just can't get into the $5 tourney thing but it was fun to try. Think I finished about 12th out of 150, not bad for my first try at hi/lo. Pretty lucky I guess.
Anyway it was funny because I had to run out so I had my wife drive me and I logged on through my laptop, which connects through my cell phone, though not particularily well. So we're driving down the freeway in Los Angeles and I just wanted to get it over with so I start going all in but I can't lose... next thing I know I have 6,000 chips, then 12,000, then 22,000, and all of a sudden I'm in 3rd place with 12 people left.
That last hand I had AAKK and I knew he had a straight and probably the low too, but I only had a few minutes left to play so I just kept raising hoping to fill out my boat and get enough chips to last a few more places. |
