Mad I recently purchased a 6 month package for 159.00 and 19.95 per month thereafter. I have tried it for a week and I have been having problems with it crashing constantly and interfering with other windows and applications I have open. I wrote to them and asked for a refund. They have refused and said they have a no refund policy due to dissatisfaction with their product. I say unfair business practice. I am asking for anyone who has this product and those who don't to please boycott them until they change this policy or to email them in my support.
Thank you fellow poker lovers!

In navigating their website and downloading the free trial, enough red flags should be raised to discourage you from purchasing that product. It all felt like I had accidentally clicked on one of those "YOU JUST WON A FREE PLAYSTATION 8!!!" banner ads. Nobody that shabby is getting any of my personal information, least of all any of my money. Besides, even the service they purport to provide isn't worth such an inflated price.

Oh, and $159 for 6 months is worse than 19.95 a month, making that the first price model I've ever seen that gets less expensive after the pre-paid period. Shady enough yet?

Seriously, give it a wide berth. Spend your money on PokerTracker.
