Critique on all streets is appreciated, but especially the direct questions. Thanks! (results for hand 2 & 3 in white)

1. Should I raise on 4th to better define his hand? Considering the check on 5th, would drawing at the 8 be appropriate in any way (assuming normal players, no maniacs)?

2. Obviously a steal attept. I feel I'm getting called by middium cards here feeling that he thinks I might be on a steal (which is why I call fourth, too try and take it away again). Now we're on 6th and I don't know if my 9's any good, but I'm drawing pretty live at an 8. Making the 87 on the river did I miss a value bet?

3. Gnome's raise could easily be a steal. Not an uncommong move for him, thus my reraise. Hand proceeds... make another 87 on the river, did I miss a bet?

the last two hards are ok, don't see anything i would have personally done different. on the first hand i'm thinking that if the guy had 3 to the wheel, he would have re-raised your completion bet on 3rd, especially with you showing a 6. therefore i think he has one good one bad. on 4th he led out because he caught a 5 and you caught an 8. after he caught the A, he checked. i don't think he was trying to check raise right here as you caught and 10 and probably wouldn't bet in that situation. i think his check was a genuine sign of weakness and probably paired that A (with my one good one bad, thinking). he checks and you follow. he paired a 6 on 6th and now leads out hoping he can steal as you showed weakness by checking on 5th and now you paired up. pretty much i don't think he had a hand at all and was just trying to steal the pot at this point.
