Yeah, I actually think PKR's move is good. Why have to deal with the support nightware if you don't have to. Champs just bumped it up, losing all that American business in the meantime.

My opinion that this shows that PokerChamps are NOT crooks like the rest.

Too bad that this means we here in the US can't play on the site lmao.

They have to legalize online real money poker to be run and regulated here in US for it to be legit. Until then it's not legit.

Just like you can buy drugs without a script over the internet from canada and mexico. This can be done but it is not legit.

These slimey offshore sites, FTP included, are NOT legit.

If by "legit" you mean legal for americans to play on, you are currently incorrect. It may soon become illegal for us to play on them, but for now it is not. Hence the site is stealing money. If they do not return the funds before banning US players, they are stealing, pure and simple - whether or not we have any way of getting our money back.

Sorry I did not read all the posts.

I thought they froze the accounts but were refunding account balances.

Still we should all push for it to be legal to run the servers here in the US.

One thing I noticed is that every bill or whatever FOR US servers was done by Democrats whereas all the things against legalizing US servers and online poker period was Republican.

So anybody that is for legal US online poker (servers and play) should vote Democrat.

also lol this proves one of my other points.

Let's say I live in WA and had $100,000 on PokerChamps.

What can I do to get my money back?

Nothing lmao!

By legit I mean that it's legal to buy drugs from mexico w/o a script but I would go to a US doctor and get a script done right and consider the mexico way to not be legit even though it's legal.

as far as the poker sites the PokerChamps example is perfect. I'm saying it's not legit for me to put my money on a site like PC. Why? because they can just take my money and there's nothing I can do. And if I live in WA I could be arrested just for playing so I'm sure not gonna go to the WA DA and say hey I put $100,000 on this online poker site and they took it lol.
