interesting. I'm curious to see how this one turns out.

I have to say that I am sympathetic to the player's position, but I've read a WPT defense of the practice somewhere or other and they were pretty convincing that it was a standard TV contract.

on andybloch.com he had a few Broadcast channel releases I believe and they were no where as stringent on the rights they claim over the players.
