I always buy and sell my chips with cash from people at the internet cafe. even if they block the bank transfers, people will still sell chips just like drugs. People will run down to mexico and buy a lot and sell em up here. Online poker will still be going, just like you can still download music and movies for free and still find bestiality and baby porn. No matter what our government says we can still see naked midgets and play online poker!!!
