| Anyone have any online superstitions they do while playing on Full Tilt. I don't have any big ones yet, just wondering if anyone had any out there. |

I'm not supersticious in any way, i'll happily walk under a ladder and break a mirror and all that.
One thing i always do on FTP, it's not a supersticious but kindof my trademark, i always play with the confused face on the rock. It's kinda my thing  |

Hmmm. Haven't tried playing after sex yet. I'll have to give that a go.  I find I win more often if I win the first hand. But it doesn't actually affect my play on the first hand. I think it just starts me off on a rush or something . Anyways, it's more of a joke superstition than a real one. And I carry the ace of diamonds around - long running joke with a friend of mine. |

Like others...I always play with the happy face. (the doberman). It just seems to keep me in a good mood if I catch a bad beat. I also changed my background screen to be in the alps. You know with the fire place and stuff. The other one's don't do anything for me!
Something else that I like to do, if I am playing in a SNG or Multi-table. If I am running bad, I change the colors of the cards. I know it does nothing, but it makes me feel like I have started all over again.
Then if that doesn't do anything....I try and kick my dog at least half way across the room. He loves it!! |

I won't wear any clothing that says anything about poker or Texas Hold'em while I'm playing. My husband bought me a pair of sleep pants that have a Texas Hold'em design, and every time I wore them while playing, I lost. So no more poker clothes for me while playing. But, hey..... that's okay. I'm not superstitious or anything LOL  |

lets see... my live superstitions are really nit-picky, so dont hate... lol...
1. when i shuffle chips, i always have to shuffle em in my right hand...
2. when i shuffle chips, i always have 6 chips in the right stack and 5 chips in the left stack...
3. after i shuffle once, i drop that 6th chip from my right stack onto my hand to serve as a card protector (and to prevent myself from looking back... gotta learn to look once and put em away)
4. i shuffle once before my turn to act during every betting round
5. i always have to wear sporting apparel when i play... (not a superstitous thing, but i'm just more comfortable in this type of clothing)
6. i must ALWAYS be chewing two pieces of dentyne ice gum... (i choose two instead of one so that the flavor lasts the whole time if i play for four or more hours)
7. must wear my FTP sunglasses... no exception... if i cant find em, i dont play... lol...
8. i try to always sit in an arm chair instead of a regular chair (just for comfort again, lol)
9. if i can, i try to have sex the day before or a few hours before each session... (dont want my mind to focus on this one attractive girl who i play regular games with...) PS-im not a pig, lol... |

I have a poker log where I keep my financial stats. When I sign into an $5.50 SnG I always enter it into my log as "1st Place, $22.50", even before I start the game. This way I don't "jinx" my game.
