not sure if theres one, so just decided to create it to discuss hands that had been aired this season

Personally, i belive that Dwan is playing great and Daniel N. is playing awful. Plus, his bad luck continues on HSP so he just keeps losing money. I remember a hand where he just gave up basically, checked and said something like "you got me". Eli bet and Daniel folded instantly.

If daniel is playing bad, zigmund is playing horrible. Calling all the way to the river with A high, not letting go pp with dangerous board, etc....

Hands to discuss imo:
Barry J9 vs Dwans AA
Dwans 10 Q (i believe) vs Eastgate 43 (trip threes)

Negreanu hasnt been playing that great, but at the same time it doesn't look like he has much to work with. Agree Ziigmund has been awful - huge disapointment, made about 4 marginal calls when surely obv he is beat, including some semi big ones with A and K high!

Durrrr deffo star of the show - hes running rings round them.

In the hand with Durrrr and Eastgate wasn't it trip 2s?

And it always seems Daniel loses big on HSP. To his defense, he does well in his play in Bobby's room. And takes a tourney now and again.

The real question, is Doyle turning into a Nit? He has been playing small ball all season and just can't seem to get a read on anyone or any hand. Don't get me wrong, I love Doyle. He is the most honest person I've ever seen. Is it that Doyle is showing his age?

Have to agree with Stevie. Durrrr is kicking A$$ even though he is down after the " Math is Idiotic " hand with Barry. And Ziigmund might as well have phoned it in.

Barry G seems to always have variance and is up this season. Yes he had a couple of nice plays . We'll see.

Eastgate is up yet seems " Unspectacular " ( Is that a word?)

Sorry I didn't discuss a single hand, just my lowly observations. I tend to believe a game is more than a few miraculous hands.

My $.02 as always

P.S. Eastgate should have slapped Durrrr with the trips. But then again it was Durrrr!

Oh Yeah

Eli needs Sammy Farha around to play those wonderful 6 4 hands or K 3.

I just finished ep. 4 and I gotta say Dwan is doing a lot better than what I expected. I thought his LAGing ways would get him in trouble with the big dogs but its the other way around. No one can get a read on him and he's making amazing bluffs and catching magic. He's a little rattled from having A's cracked, but if he can regather himself he'll start showing he can play with the likes of Doyle, Barry, Eli and David.

For me, its disappointing to see Daniel run so bad and be on tilt. He's a good player! He reads his opponents well and takes the time to break down almost every situation. You gotta hand it to him though. He's lost so much money and is still playing. I would've been out after getting felted by quads and having bad luck like he has the past 2 seasons.

Maybe, Eastgate isn't the player I thought he was. Or is it he's just a little nervous, hasn't mentally prepared himself? I don't know if Doyle is showing his age. He could just be playing casually, not taking it seriously. He hits a hand and wins a little money, fine....if not then meh, he hasn't lost too much. He's the godfather, on TV, relaxing, playing with bunch of buddies and a few 100K behind him.

I'd still like to see Ivey, Farha and Mouth (especially Mike so his talk drowns out A.J.'s heavy breathing) playing while Zig, Daniel and Peter take a break. Oh, and new sig phrase imo: "I hit my prop, gotta stiff jack and wan....want a cracker" Laughing

The new episode tonight will have a completely new set of players. Daniel Negreanu is the only one from the last few episodes who is still in the game. Phil Laak, Antonio Esfandiari, Joe Hachem, and others I can't remember are in the new game.

he was playing bad and being unlucky which means being like 150 K down

Meltzer is one ugly bastard. Real funny that his gut is so big and his arms are so short that he can barely put his chips in the pot and fold his hands. He also plays very donkish from what I've noticed. Good for the game and TV I guess.
