I have been told that I have to keep the tournament lobby open until the end of the tournament in order to have the summary .txt file loaded on my computer. This is not an easy feat considering I play 12 tables at a time and start a new one every single time I am eliminated/win one. Keeping the lobby windows open would be a ton of items on my task bar.
I generally close the tourney lobby windows right when they pop up and most of my tournament summary .txt files are saved, but I'd say about 20%-30% of the tournaments I play do not receive summaries.
Can somebody please explain how the summary generator works?

| The summary file is created when you close the table you are playing at and then close the tournament lobby. You don't have to keep the lobby open the whole time you just have to close it to generate the file. Make sure you are closing down the client correctly ie using the X button, if you close using task manager or you just shutdown your pc without closing the client then it will act like a client crash and the files wont get saved |
