I had a little issue with support. I emailed them about something on Sunday. This is now wednesday morning and no answer. I haven't used the support email in some time, but I would think it would take under 48 hours to get some kind of response. About how long is the normal timeframe??

is it a cashout question?

if so..dont hold your breath....i asked one question if they can combined my two w/ drawal.....about 2 weeks ago.......and still no answer

They are answering other emails, but anything to do with cashouts are basically being deleted. Its probably a good thing for them they dont have a phone number, because after of all this, their phone lines would blow up 24/7. I think they have sent an email regarding what they know, what they have been told. I dont think they are trying to scam anyone, they have a big name and are not a fly-by-night operation. I think bank transfers across the board, for all poker sites and paymet processors have been delayed. I cashed out an UltraPay payout early April and just got it yesterday, and basically the same processors are used for them as are used by Stars, FT, etc.

Well the issue in question was a switch in names. I wanted to switch from this name to FinlandiaVodka1. When contacted by support I was told that account had to be closed. I was told since the infraction wasn't collusion or attempted collusion that the money in my account would be redirected. I did ask that two thirds of my bankroll or $110 be wired into my bank account, so possibly that is the problem. Really though I would like to know which account I can play on. What is the issue anyway with payouts. Are we to believe that we are under some huge delay due to congressional action, or is the problem internal?
