Hi, I'm starting a thread because I cant get any answer from Full Tilt, after sending 3 email for the past 25 days.
I received an email from security@FT on april 16th telling me they closed my account because me and my buddy did a P2P transfer and I withdraw the funds right away from my FT account.
Thats all good, this is standard procedure and I sent a reply the same day because they asked me to give them an explanation. After a couple of days of non-response from security, I emailed the support staff asking whats happening with my account and will it be open soon. They havent responded to me for 2 weeks so I send an email back to security again a week ago, stating I just at least need a reply telling me they are looking into that.
I mean even if they just decided to close my account, just let me know, I'm tired of checking emails every day waiting for an answer from them. I have $600 locked and they dont respond to email at all.
Whats happening FT, I sent 3 emails since april 16th and I havent received a single reply? |
