Hi,
can someone plz help me in getting my money from fulltilt...
This is what happened. I put 700 dollars on my account at fulltilt.
I played for a while but now I wanted to withdraw 500 dollars to my moneybookers account.
From then on the problems started. The money was taken from my account at FTP but did not arrive at moneybookers. When I go to cashier at FTP u can see the transaction there with it's ID number and the info they give there is "in progress"...but it has been in progress for 2 weeks now and I need that money...I even have screenshots of the cashier/history part at my FTP account
I have sent 10 mails already to the helpdesk of FTP but the don't answer and when they answer they say they can't find my money anymore...
This really is a problem for me...what do I do?[/img] |

instead of bugging support you might try the cashier.
Does moneybookers have a hold, like Neteller does (did)?
Have you changed any of your info?

first of all, by sending 10 emails to support your slowing down the progress. And secondly, this is the wrong section for this problem but nonetheless I'll try to tell you what is most likely the problem
Fulltilt takes time to process withdrawels, if this is your first time withdrawing it might take a while. Secondly, many online banking sites, such as moneybookers or epassporte, etc. take time to process these withdrawels. If the information on your fulltilt account is different from that on your withdraw account than there is going to be a delay. Give it time, you will get your money.
The pro's would not play on here if fulltilt didn't pay out the money.

| When I made my first withdrawal, I did it by check. It arrived w/i one week. Just FYI |

Did you get your money yet? I have been having the same problem. I withdrew on May 4th and today May 20 still no money. AND NO return e=mails.
What am I supposed to do? I am prepared to launch a fraud investigation against them. |
