I don't have a credit card to reload my FTP account, but I do have funds in an account that we aren't allowed to discuss here. If anyone is willing, I'll send the funds first for a transfer to my FTP account. The accounts initial are the same as Party Poker for those of you who can figure it out.

Well I'm new to the forum and I got scammed by runescape113. Although I didn't send him $50, he got away with $25 as I wanted to go half and half as far as transactions. He said he wasn't able to send me the $$$ via FTP because it kept saying declined and offered me a refund, then disappeared. I had to learn the hard way, so I wanted to inform the rest of you to not trust this guy. If he needed $25 that bad I would have just given it to him, but KARMA is something you don't want to mess with because what goes around comes around. Happy new year all

Sorry to hear about that. If you had used the search feature on his name I don't think you would have traded with him. Anyhow, the reason paypal transfers are not suppose to take place on here is because the person who sent with paypal can reverse the money transfer. hint hint Twisted Evil

Yep, bad start. Unfortunately I didn't read the thread until after you were scammed or I would have given you a heads up. There are plenty of scammers around, but also many good traders too. You just have to use your best judgement (and a bit of homework, google their username and search it in these forums, also check out the list of alleged scammers).

You can file a complaint w/ PP to get your $25 back if you didnt know. (thats why PP transctions arent allowed in the forum, very risky)

Thanks for the advice. I did file a complaint with PP hopefully it turns out favorable for me once the conduct their investigation. I saved all of our PM's between each other to provide as evidence if need be. Just gotta sit back and wait now.
