First off, Full Tilt merchandise is purchased via the Full Tilt Store. To check out items, in the Full Tilt client, go Lobby > Full Tilt Store. They are purchased with Full Tilt Points, which you can find more about here: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/fullTiltPoints.php
Thanks to this forum, you can buy items even without Full Tilt Points. You can either buy items with money, or sell items with Full Tilt Points. First, look for a thread and see if anyone's offer appeals to you. If not, create a thread. If you're going to buy an item, let us know in the thread title what item you want and how much you're willing to pay for it. If you're wanting to sell points, post in the thread title how many points your selling and how much per 1,000 Full Tilt Points. Generally, they go for about $6/1,000 FTPs.
Once you've agreed to a trade, person A transfers money to person B (usually via the transfer feature of Full Tilt Poker) and then person B orders the item via the Full Tilt Store. Some details you should include are: username (if you're recieving money) and address, name, and phone number. Keep in mind that you shouldn't send money using paypal because the user can pull back their transfer even after they've sent it.
