If you're just looking to transfer player notes from one machine to another, you're probably in luck. The notes are stored at:

| C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\username.dat |
Where username is your name (windpaladin).
While the notes are in plain text, the player ID that's associated with them appears to be some kind of hash (code), so you won't be able to open that file with Wordpad and read your notes on someone. |
