I just received a email that told me as a Kentucky,USA ,poker player that I could no longer use absolute poker.

Kentucky is trying to seize the domain names of all online gaming sites.

I'd expect your choices to drop to no sites at some point.

Send them a "thank you" note. If you're lucky they'll ban Ultimate too.

The group that owns both AP and UB rolled over in response to the judge. FTP and PS are off-shore and they basically said, "You made the order, now figure out how you're going to enforce it."

It's mess and we don't need every judge with a robe and shiny gavel getting into the mix.

I hope more people join the PPA and execute their right to tell the government to stay out of our right to play poker.....I find it really desterbing to me that the government and some states are once again telling grown people what to do......Lobby your state congressmen and women and tell them we will not take this in our country.....
